Ingredients

  • 1 cupplain yogurt
  • 2 cupscold water
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/2 inchginger
  • 1 tablespoonchopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack salt, also known as kala namak
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoonchat masala
  • As neededcilantro or mint leaves , for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to a blender.

    Blend till combined.

  3. 3

    Pour into serving glasses, garnish with fresh cilantro or mint and serve.
