Steps

First of all take heavy bottom vessel and let the milk boil. Let it simmer for 5 to 10 mins. It will become thick and when the milk reduces. Appeox. 400 ml., add corn flour slury and mix continuously...

Now add gulkand and 2 t.spoons paan mukhwas and half of the mix dry fruits...

Heat another pan. Put milk powder and roast for sometime. Now add milk and mix on low flame. There should not be any lumps. When the mixture leaves the sides of a pan, add ghee and mix well. It should be formed like a soft dough.

Take the remaining paan mukhwas and grind it in a mixture grinder. Now take a small ball size dough of milk powder stuff it with the grounded paan mukhwas and flatten it. Make other balls this way

Dip the balls in the rabdi.. and let it come on room temperature. Then serve it chilled...😋

I used paan mukhwas. To make it easy otherwise u can use paan. Then u must grind it coarsely and add to the rabdi at last. Thanks
