For the rice, wash your rice and put it in salty boiled water to cook for 15 min. Then put in the peas and allow to cook. Take off the fire and put in your carrot to allow it to steam

For the stew, blend your tomato together with onion,pepper, and carrot. Set oil in a pot and pour in the tomato paste and stir add in your tumeric, maggi cubes, cinnamon, spicies and stir. Add you meat at this moment and cover to cook for some minutes.

Note: you can add chopped carrot for extra flavor and taste
