  • 500 gmeat
  • 1onion
  • Cooking oil
  • 3tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Sukuma wiki

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the meat till tender

  2. 2

    Fry onions till brown then add meat,ginger n garlic

  3. 3

    Stir the mixture then add tomatoes

  4. 4

    Add little water then cook for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve with ugali n sukuma
