Ingredients

5-6servings
  1. 1 bowlbasmati Rice
  2. 3/4 bowlsugar
  3. 2tblspoon ghee
  4. Some Casunut
  5. 1 pinchyellow food colour
  6. 1 pinchsaffron
  7. 25-30Raisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Place one bowl of rice in two bowl of water. 1/2 leave the lint. When it becomes white, remove all the water.

  2. 2

    Put the pan on the sim flame. Then add Ghee by adding rice, yellow colour, cashew, saffron, and 1.5 bowl of water.

  3. 3

    When rice is completely cooked add sugar and mix it. Turn off gas after five minutes. Cover it and leave it for five minutes. Saffron rice is ready.Serve hot.
