Soak the rice for 1/2 an hour.Drain out water after 1/2 an hour.Now put ghee in a pan and fry the chopped onions to golden brown. Take out onions in bowl and in the same ghee fry all vegetables.

Take a utensil,put 2 glasses of water into it and salt.Then put whole garam masalas. When the water started boiling put the rice into it.

When the rice in half cooked drain out the water.Now put the fried vegetables into it,2tsp ghee and some fried onions. Cover the lid and cook in close lid till the steam is seen.

Now serve hot with salad and raita.
