Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 10-12 stickkesar
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 5laung
  • 3bay leaves
  • ghee as needed
  • ghee as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice for 4-5 hours.

  2. 2

    Take a cooker add ghee, laung,bay leaves, water+milk & kesar and sugar,boil it.

  3. 3

    At last add rice.

  4. 4

    Close the cooker.

  5. 5

    After one whistle turn of the gas.

  6. 6

    Rice is ready. It's look like orange in colour.

  7. 7

    Serve it in plate.
