#cookpadturns2 Rasmalai is a popular Indian sweet , Cottage cheese balls soaked in thickened , sweetened and flavoured milk but in my way I made this baked rasmalai and it incredibly taste
Steps

Bring milk to a boil in heavy bottom pan on medium flame.

Once the milk has to come boil, lower the flame and simmer the milk. Continue cooking till the milk is reduced to half.

Add sugar and stir well so that the sugar dissolves.

Add cardamom powder, millkmade and chopped badam and pistachios mix well.

Add saffron and mix well.

Grease a microwave safe bowl with a little bit of ghee and pour some rabdi.

Now take rosogolla and sqeeze the sugar syrup add the rabdi. Sprinkle some cardamom powder and chopped pistachios.

Bake it pre - heated oven at 190°C for 15 - 20 minutes. Chilled it at room temperature.

Serve and Enjoy.
