Brinjal Gravy
Yummy, Can be eaten with Naan, chapathi and Rice
Steps

Split the Brinjal without removing the head.

Fry the Brinjal in the cooking oil and keep it aside.

In another pan fry all other ingradients (dals)except Tamarind paste and grind it as coarse in the mixer grinder.

Fill this powder inside the Full roasted Brinjal and keep it ready.

In another pan add water, tamarind paste and salt. cook for 15 minutes. Add the chopped tomato and Onion. Add 2 or 3 green chilies.

Then add the filled brinjals and cook for 10 minutes.

Brinjal gravy is ready to taste. Ideal with Rice.
