Cut cottage cheese in 2 slices from middle

Heat 1 spoon oil for paneer parcha

Add green chilli,garlic and ginger

Add onion and saute on low flame

Add carrot and mix well

Add salt and other spices except chilli flakes

Add water and mash with masher

Let it cool

Spread this stuffing on 1 slice of cottage cheese and cover with another slice like we do for sandwich

Sprinkle chilli flakes and little salt on both sides of cottage cheese

Geese the grilling pan with remaining oil and grill the paneer parcha from both sides

Cut into halves and keep aside

For gravy heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds,cloves and cardamom

Add onion paste and ginger garlic paste

Saute for 5 minutes

Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes

Add salt and other spices and saute for 2 minutes

Add beaten curd, cashew paste and cream and cook until it leaves oil

Add tomato sauce and 1 spoon fenugreek leaves

Mix butter and switch off the flame

Takeout the gravy in serving bowl and put prepared paneer parcha on it

Garnish with remaining fenugreek leaves and serve with naan.
