Steps

Peel and stone the mango and put the flesh into a blender

Puree smooth, adding sugar to sweeten if the mango is too tart

Whip the coconut cream until peaking

Put 2 tbsp of the puree at the bottom of each serving glass
- 5
Mix the remaining mango puree into the cream
- 6
Spoon on top of the puree
- 7
Garnish with lime zest
