Place hot water in a large basin, add in the salt, sugar, dhania, oil and flour then mix using a cooking stick then later with hands to a smooth dough

Let it rise for 30mins then roll out the dough

Cut a long strips then apply oil and fold them and roll out again to chapati shape.

Fold the 1st round like this

Roll out again and fold the 2nd time.

Roll out the chapati shape like this

Place in a hot frying pan then turn and apply oil, turn the other side of chapati, apply oil and let cook till golden brown.

Place in a hot pot and repeat the same for all your chapatis.

Serve with your favourite stew.
