Steps

Make the puree of tomato,dry chillies and cardomoms,Cinnamon stick,cloves.Keep this aside.

Now,heat the oil in the pan and saute the diced onions and capcisum on high flame for only 3 mint.

Now,take out the capsicums and onions from pan.and heat the oil again the saute the diced paneer for 2 mint.

Now,heat the oil in the pan again and pour the tomato puree in the oil and cook for 4 minutes.

Add salt, coriander powder, chicken masala powder.Mix and cook it well untill the aroma comes out from the spices.

Add Szchwan sauce,tomato sauce.Cook for 1 minute.

Now,add paneer,onion and capcisum with little water.

Stir it well for 3 minutes on lower flame.

It's ready to serve.It's go well with plain naan or chapaties.
