Boil hot water n pour in the rice inside a bowl and cover to steam

Blend tomatoes tatashe pepper and onions

Wash meat season and cook with enough stock because it will be needed for the rice

Pour g oil in a pot on d gas once is hot add sliced onions and and pour blended tomatoes and fry

Add thyme inside the stew as is boiling

The crayfish and bonga can be poured and into d stew

Allow to fry while turning it intermittently to minimize being burnt then add tin tomatoes

Add salt and seasoning and dry Ghana pepper

Once the stew is fried filter the stock and pour if it wont be enough to cook d rice add more water n seasoning

Allow to boil and then pour the rice stir properly allow to cook after 10mins stir to ensure all sides are covered in stew

Add cooking fat cover and allow to steam then off the heat.food is ready.
