Steps

Boil the potatoes and mash it.Then put salt to taste,red chilli powder,rock salt and chat masala.Then make small tikki shape.

Now take a bowl,put besan into it.Then salt to taste and 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.Put little water and make a smooth batter.

Now heat oil in a pan, put the alu tikki into the batter and deep fry in the oil.

Serve hot with sauce.
