For dough:
1 cupmaida/ all purpose flour
1 cupWheat flour
2 tbspOil
to tasteSalt little
as neededWater
For filling:
1/2 cupPaneer grated
1/8 tspChat masala
1/8 tspGaram masala
as neededCoriander leaves
1Green chillies chopped
to tasteSalt

Mix all ingredients of filling and keep aside

Knead dough and rest for 1 hour, divide the dough into fairly big portion and place the filling in the center of the dough
3

Cover and roll into fairly thick rounds
4

Heat tawa and cook the kulchas on both the sides, serve hot
