Combine all ingredients in a bowl except oil and mix it.

Now add little water in it and prepare hard dough of it.

Divide this dough in small portions of equal sizes and shape it as per you choice prick it with fork or knife so that it won't puff up during frying.

Now heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry these mathri on slow flame.

Take them out if oil and put them on absorbent paper.

Your masala mathri is ready now.
