Ingredients

  • 4big potato
  • 1big onion
  • 1 tbspchopped ginger garlic
  • 2slitted green chillies
  • 2 tbspcurry leaves
  • 3 tbspcoriander leaves
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 1/3 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 cuphung curd
  • 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  • 1 tbspflour
  • 1 tbsprice powder
  • as neededTo fry-oil
  • 2 tbspfor cooking

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut potatoes into small pieces and boil it with salt until soft.

  2. 2

    Drain water from potato.

  3. 3

    Add salt,red chilli powder,flour,rice powder to the potato. Fry twice.

  4. 4

    In another pan add 2 tbsp oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute. Add chopped onion.After1 minute add green chillies,curry leaves,salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,. After2 minutes add curd.

  5. 5

    After1 minute add potatoes.Add chopped curry leaves, red chilli sauce,lemon juice. Saute for1 minute and put off the flame.
