Ingredients

  • 1larg potatoes
  • 1medium coconut
  • 1 cuppowder milk
  • Sugar
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Pill potatoes and coconut, chop into smaller pieces.

  2. 2

    Blend both coconut and potatoes by adding water to aid blending till smooth.

  3. 3

    Sieve to extract juice.

  4. 4

    On a low heat simmer the juice for 10mints then add milk and sugar.

  5. 5

    Serve hot or cold.
