Cut slices 1/2 inch thick all along the tenderloin.

Heat up the butter add the garlic and ginger then add the pork slices and fry on medium heat.

After 20 minutes turn the pork over and add salt and pepper

Add to a saucepan your potatoes to make Mashed Potato

When the pork is cooked add 1 tsp butter and stir in

Then let it cool for a few minutes make a well then add the cream and stir in and add double cream

Bring it back up to hot on low and it's ready

Add to a serving plate and with a spoon pour the butter sauce over the meat

Serve hot

I have the bacon wrapped cabbage I made earlier to go with the pork and creamy mashed potatoes. And the pear sauce on top of the cabbage.
