Remove stem of mushroom (diced and set aside). Sprinkle salt, pepper, dried parsley flakes on mushroom and put in toaster oven for 10 min.

Quick stuffing: in nonstick pan add diced mushroom stem, diced 1 carrot, diced 1 stem celery, 1/4 jicama diced, 1 c. Veg. Ground beef, etc. Whatever you have in the fridge that can be diced. Fry 5 min. Add 3 tbs veg. Oyster sauce and pinch of ground pepper. Mix and fry another 5 min.

Cut an avocado in half, use knife to slice it lengthwise in its half shell not cut through the half shell. Then use spoon to spoon out the slices. Clean and easy.

Remove roasted mushroom, place on plate, add topping stuffing, add avocado, add mayo, sprinkle ground pepper.
