Soak the mung dal for 4 hours.

Grind the dal with little water.

Take a nonstick pan,add half ghee in it.

Add dal paste in ghee.... Roast it till golden brown on medium brown.

Now add milk and sugar in it and stir continue till thick. If needed add lil water.

Add elaichi powder and dryfruits in it.

Roast it for 5 minute than off the flame.

Mung dal halva is ready to eat.
