  2. Halfavocado
  3. 40 gfeta cheese
  4. 2-3cherry tomatoes
  5. Bread(whole grain)
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. Cumin
  9. 5 gbutter

    Start by mixing up the avocado, feta cheese, salt, pepper and cumin to taste in a bowl.

    Heat up a skillet on medium-high, then melt the butter and put the already sliced in 2 halfs bread into the skillet. Make sure you cut a whole in one of the slices for the egg. After 1-2 minutes flip the bread slices so the other side gets nice and crunchy too. Break an egg in the whole you made earlier and let it cook. Lower the heat to medium so you don't burn the bread.

    After the bread is ready and rhe egg has cooked just spread the filling in, put some cherry tomatoe slices in between and enjoy.
