In a frying pan over medium heat, cook chicken breast to 165°F. Season with cayenne pepper, black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp garlic powder.

Peel cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop insides out into mixing bowl. Add diced tomato, onion, mayonaisse, dijon mustard, roasted peppers, Franks hot sauce, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and 1/8 tsp salt. Mash all together and mix well.

When chicken breast is cooked, remove from heat, place slice of pepperjack on top, and cover pan. Let cheese melt.

Cut brioche in half, spread avocado mix on bottom bun. Place chicken breast in middle with lettuce on top, and close bun.
