Aloo Paratha (evergreen 😋all time favourite)

First boil potatoes in a pressure cooker take 3 or 4 whistle in slow flame.

Meanwhile make a dough so take 1 bowl add wheat flour & add salt & make dough with water & keep aside.

Now check if potatoes get boiled so take in a big bowl & mashed it then add chopped green chilli, garlic & corrainder leaves.

Add all dry spices like turmeric powder,red chilli powder,black pepper,garam masala powder & salt.

Mix well stuffing is ready for paratha.

Heat the non stick pan.

Take small portion of dough in hands flatten it then add stuffing & softly press it.

In a flat surface slowly make Paratha & give shape then through oil cook paratha till golden brown with both sides.

Serve hot with curd,raita & butter & Chutney.
