1 cupmaida/ all purpose flour
1 tspbaking powder
as neededOil for fry
2 cupsugar
1/2 cupwater

Steps

Mix maida,mawa,baking powder,knead a dough
2

Heat oil on low..make small balls from dough fry in oil
3

Now make sugar syrup with sugar and water,boil and maje 1 string syrup
4

Dip all fried balls in it and enjoy
