Nutritious , delicious sauvoury made from roasted makhana (foxnuts) & matar( green peas)..and baked in Airfryer . Nice & easy recipe for Christmas party menu .
Steps

First pour 1 tbsp oil on makhana (foxnuts),mix well. Now roast them in Airfryer at 180 temperature for 10 mins..or till nicely roasted.

Cool roasted makhana and grind them in mixer jar to coarse powder. Remove in mixing bowl. Grind boiled peas to smooth mixture. Add it in mixing bowl..as shown.Add grated coconut, green chillies ginger paste,sugar,salt, lemon juice..also mix well and make to smooth dough.

Make 6 equal portions..make cylindrical shape rolls from them. Pour 1 tbsp oil on them, gently mix with hands(so all rolls are equally coated with oil)

Bake in Airfryer for 15 mins at 180C temperature..till crispy and golden brown spots in colour.

Serve hot Baked Makhana-Matar Rolls with tomato sauce.
