Peel and wash yam then put in a pot add salt and cook till soft, drain remaining water and set in a cooler

Wash garden eggs and boil till soft, drain water and pound in mortar with onions and pepper.

Add little oil in pan and fry till dry add seasoning and salt to taste. Serve along with boiled yam.
