The ingredients are sample enough. Milk and some sugar is condensed, it forms a good thick cyrup form, which is very important for many recipes

Pour the milk into a pan, add sugar to it

Heat it in a low flame and stir continiously until the sugar is completely dissolved in milk.

When the milk starts boiling, move the flame back to medium and stay for 15-20 minutes. Stir every 3 minutes only. Keep checking the consistency of the milk

After 15-20 minutes, you will notice that the milk has reduced considerably from its original quantity and it should look creamy. Its time to switch off the flame. You will notice the colour of milk has changed to a light yellow creamy one, and the milk has also thickened.

How will you know the condensed milk is ready? First, check with spoon, when you take a spoonful and pour it back, it shoul drip and fall, it should not flow freely. Similarly, when you pour into a container. The flow should be slow and steady. Like a thick fluid flowing. Now, we have a sweetened condensed milk. Allow the milk to cool.
