Put milk in a pan, add saffron strings into milk, and simmer for 5-7min.

Grind pistachios, cashew, almond, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper corns, rose petals and fennel seeds. Make dry fruit powder from it.

Add this dryfruit powder and sugar into milk and simmer for more 2-3min.

Whisk for 2 min. Then pour into cups/ glasses and serve hot.
