Ingredients

1/2 kgmnjugu mawe(soak overnight and boil with salt till tender
1large onion, finely chopped
3large tomatoes, chopped
2 clovesgarlic, minced
1sweet pepper, chopped
Oil and salt

Fry onions until tender, add the garlic, add the tomatoes, add the pepper, cook until tender.

Add the mnjugu mawe, add some stock and let it simmer for a while.

Serve with your favorite accompaniment.
