Chop your onions and garlic together.

Put in your sufuria

Add a little oil

You can add your green pepper.

Let them cook to golden brown

Add your chopped tomatoes and let them cook well

Add the ndumas

Stir well to mix with your tomato paste.

Add two royco cubes and a pinch of salt to taste. Stir well

Add some water to prevent burning

Place your lid and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Serve your fried nduma and enjoy your meal.
