Curry rice and carrot sauce
Steps

Wash rice and parboil then drain and wash, put back on fire add curry and salt and allow to cook till soft.

Wash and cut onions, carrot, Green beans into desired sizes, grind pepper, pound nutmeg and set all aside.
- 3
Heat oil and fry chopped veges, Add seasoning, nutmeg, Curry and tym, allow to simmer.
