Steps

First dry roast the oats for a min and keep aside.(it's optional)

Add oats in a mixing bowl then add suji (semolina)and curd mix well.add all finely chopped vegetables, salt and red chilli powder mix well.

Now add eno and mix nicely.

Heat appe pan, drop little oil in each mould, put some mustard seeds in each mould and fill each mould with tbsp of prepared mixture.

Now cover it and cook for a min on low flame.

Flip and cook from another side too till nice golden.

Healthy vegetable oats appe is ready to serve.
