Parathas made from be flour( black pearl millet) & palak(spinach) paste..& both are rich in iron and calcium..making it more nutritious. Serving with hot mix veg barley soup make complete healthy meal.
Steps

In mixing bowl add both flours, grinded spinach paste,salt,oil..mix.

Add water to bind into tight dough. Cover & keep aside for 15 mins.

Make 8 equal portions flatten balls. Roll out into 3" daimeter roti..fold in half and again fold to make triangular shape paratha.

Roll sides edges..to prepare triangular shape 4" paratha. Roast on both sides with oil on hot tawa.

Serve/ relish hot Nutritious Bajra- palak parathas with hot mix vegetables barley soup for complete healthy meal.
