Ingredients

  1. 4 lbSirloin
  2. 2 boxesKosher Salt
  3. 1 TablespoonLawry’s Seasoning
  4. 1 teaspoonground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cover bottoms of Dutch oven with kosher salt. Place roast on top and cover with pepper and seasoning. Encase beef in the rest of the salt.

    Cook at 210° for 4-4.5 hours. (Until internal temperature reaches 125°)

  3. 3

    Let sit for 30 min.
