Assemble all ingredients

Separate the egg yolk from the white,in a mixing bowl,beat the egg white till frosty then add sugar little at a time.Until u hv soft peaks and its glossy. Set aside

In another bowl,beat the egg yolk,when it starts to foam,add sugar little at a time until creamy,add vanilla and half of the flour. Use a spatula and fold,add the rest of the flour And fold in gently

Add the oil,then add the egg white, gently fold, mix until its combined.

Pour inside pan and bake.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.Allow to cool for 10 mins in a pan
