Steps

Grind melon seeds with the Osu, okpenyi, crayfish and set aside

Cut the Ugu (pumpkin) leaf and set aside.

Cook the chicken or beef with stockfish until almost soft not soft
- 4
Add the grinded melon. The OSU in the melon will make it look thicker. Make sure you stir properly so it doesn't burn.

The melon is done when signs of water has almost disappeared.

Add some water to get your desired consistency. Add salt (please very little - melon is sensitive to salt) and a seasoning cube.

Allow to cook for about five minutes then add the vegetable.

After the vegetable has cooked for 2 minutes, please turn off the heat so the vegetables doesn't get darker.

Serve your soup with either semolina fufu or any other type of your choice.
