To make dough: sieve flour, baking powder and salt.Add the butter and mix with your palms until butter is not visible.

Make a well at the center of the flour and add water gradually until dough is smooth. Work on the dough and put in a polythen bag for at least ten to 20 mins.

To make the filling: add the groundnut oil on a fry pan add the chop or minced meat, add seasoning cubes, curry, thyme and allow to fry and add the other chopped ingredients, add some water so as to enable the vegetables to tenderize. Add dissolve flour and pour in the fry pan and stir until thickened. Allow to cool.

Get a clean surface and roll out your dough. Cut with a round plate and put the filling in the center and close. Use a fork to seal and arrange on your oven tray.

Break the egg and whisk. Polish on the surface of the meatpie and bake.
