Ingredients

  • 1/2cauliflower
  • 1/2brocolli
  • 1/3green pepper
  • 1/3yellow paper
  • 1/3red pepper
  • 1/2 cupboiled black eye beans
  • 1/2 cupsprouted green moong (optional)
  • 1/2lemaon
  • 1 tea spoonolive oil
  • 1/2cabbage small one red or green
  • salt to taste
  • 1green chilli optional
  • 2/3 leaveslettuce

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all the vegetables.cut both flower in florrets,cut paper in sqaure pcs,cabbage cut in long and thin.

  2. 2

    Take a pan put in on stove and on the stove,add oil in pan add all vegetables (leave the lettuce leaf) soute nicely.

  3. 3

    Let it cook on half way add salt beans chilli and off the stove.

  4. 4

    Cut lettuce with hand put on plate and on top put salad if you want add black pepper and salad dressing.serve hot or cold.
