Chimichurri Sauce

Perfect with steaks, empanadas & BBQ

Ingredients

  1. 115 mlOlive oil
  2. 2 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped parsley
  4. 3large garlic cloves
  5. 2small red chillies
  6. 3/4 teaspoondried Oregano
  7. 1large pinch of coarse sea salt
  8. Season with pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    De-seed and finely chop the chilli and the garlic. Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes to properly infuse the flavours.

    Use as a sauce for meat and grilled veggies. It can be kept for a day in the fridge.
