Wash and grate the apples in deep bowl.

Heat the oil or ghee in a heavy bottom
pan.

Add grated apples and cook
them for 5-7 Minutes or till to soft.

Add sugar, cardamom and cinnamon powder.
Cook for 5 Minutes more or till to reduce water.

Garnish with chopped nuts.
