Steps

Peel and mashed potatoes. Heat oil. Fry green chilli and onion. Add the mashed potatoes, dabeli masala, salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Cut the buns in half. Apply coriander chutney on one half and tamarind chutney on the other.

Place a tbsp of potato mixture, some peanuts and pomegranate seeds on one bun. Top with other. Grill or shallow fry on tawa by applying some butter
