Peel the potatoes and wash them in clean water

Cut into desired shape and soak in salty water for 5 minutes. Rinse in fresh water then drain and place on a paper towel or kitchen cloth to remove excess water

Put oil in the pan on high heat. Lower heat when the oil gets hot and add the potatoes. Let fry for 7 minutes then remove
