Ingredients

  • 1 cupbutter
  • 3 cupsflour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupstrawberry jam
  • 4eggs
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk your butter and sugar till properly creamy and floafy. Add your vanilla and egg yolks then whisk

  2. 2

    Pour in your milk and strawberry jam, mix then sieve in flour and baking powder. Mix everything together till there is no lump of flour

  3. 3

    Pour in your pan, bake at 180°c for 35-45mins
