Steps

Wash your chicken, place in a pot add the ginger, garlic, 1cup of water together with half of the onions, curry n thyme

Wash your vegetables, cut and set aside.

Turn off the heat, debone the chicken and shred or cut into pieces

Place your cooking pot on medium heat, and pour in your vegetable oil
- 5
Add in your onions, then add in your meat, stir continuously for 2 mins.

Add in your stock and other vegetables. Cover and leave for 3 mins.

Stir continuously for 2mins and turn off the heat.

Enjoy with your plain cooked rice
