3potatoes
3green chilli
1/2ginger paste
1&1.2 tsp salt
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspRed chilli powder
2onions
3tomatoes
4garlic
1 tspCoriander leaves
1/2lemon juice
1 cuppeas

First we cut all vegetables chopped onion tomatoes garlic green chilli.

Then we put the pan, add chopped vegetables and fry it add allspice and add cut vegetables.

Cook 5 to 7 minutes then we add 1 glass water and boiled it.

Last we garnish coriander leaves and serve with paratha.
