1/4tuber of yam
1 cupspring onions (diced)
1/4 TeaspoonSeasoning
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspturmeric powder
3Eggs

Dice yam and wash in water

Put on fire adding salt seasoning and turmeric till cooked

Strain in sieve to remove excess water

Mash yam

Add spring onions

Mould into balls

Whisk ur eggs

Dip moulded yam inside egg

Fry in hot oil
10

Remove and serve
