  • 1/4 TeaspoonSeasoning
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 3Eggs

    Dice yam and wash in water

    Put on fire adding salt seasoning and turmeric till cooked

  3. 3

    Strain in sieve to remove excess water
