Pill up ur yam and cut it to ur desired size, boil it for mint, it shouldn't be so soft just paboil. Then break ur eggs and add sliced red pepper and onion to with some spices... Then be putting ur paboiled yam into the egg and fry it... Serve with chilled pepper
